请问一下，RM系列CPU的Self-Test Controller (STC) Module，当执行自检时，IO管脚状态、SRAM内容是否保持不变？

没有用过这个系列，不过一般自检这种事情应该都会变吧，才能测试好坏，就跟屏幕测试一样，会先循环一下
多谢了，这个自检时CPU内部自检，不涉及IO和SRAM的检查，但手册中说自检后会复位，但是没有明确说复位后的情况。
