msp430如何生成二进制文件

最近需要在msp430上做个IAP，查了一下资料发现好像只有.bin这样的二进制文件可以直接写入flash并执行,但是IAR好像并不能生成二进制文件，hextobin这个软件在win764位机上又跑不起来，求指点msp430怎样生成.bin这样的二进制文件。
