msp430g2553 32768晶体部分不起振问题

我现在使用msp430g2553处理器，使用32768晶体用作辅助时钟，但现在出现部分电路板晶体不起震现象，大约1/4，而且不稳定。

晶体使用的是MS1V-T1R 12.5pF电容。CPU软件设置内部负载电容11pF。无论外部怎么调节电容总感觉晶体震荡不稳定。晶体硬件电路设计应该没问题。
