我的EXP432 LaunchPad有一块芯片烫手

昨天刚到的EXP432 LaunchPad，连上电脑上电之后发现有一块芯片十分烫手，换了USB接口和电脑也是如此，从电路图上看应该是IC101，TPS73533。驱动装上了，板子可以正常工作，CCS6.1也可以调试，但是很烫，请问这是什么情况啊？
