TM4C123 和 STM32L4 最高设计频率都是80MHz，那么在各种低电压模式下，哪家芯片功耗更低呢？或者在同样频率下，哪个功耗更低呢？
在ST的官网很容易查到STM32L4的功耗指标，但TM4C的功耗指标好像标示并不明显，目前没有找到，不知道在DataSheet中该看哪一章？
TM4C123、129系列是不是不以低功耗为主打？印象里TI的M4F系列是功耗最低，性能最好的，那个是MSP432吧？
