如图所示为tm4c 1233电路设计时JTAG的引脚出线口，电源管脚都没有连接错，供电正常，内核电压输出有1.2V，RC复位电路也没有错，为何程序无法下载呢？
不能下载，那么MDK反馈什么信息出来呢？MDK的配置是否正确呢？
