cc2640 SNV使用 读写返回都是0x02

TI大神求助。使用的是SimpleBLEPeripheral工程。添加SNV代码，读写返回的状态都是0x02，但是API上看返回值只能是SUCCESS/NV_OPER_FAILED。但是这两个都不是0x02啊。
