每次在客户端接收的包，都要先创建、捆绑、接收、关吗？
我现在想只创建一次，一直接收不关！
发包的时候是可以用一个Socket的！
我看到有ReuseaddrEnabled相关的结构体，没有说明怎么使用啊！
本人网络小白，工作用到，很急。

SO_REUSEADDR is not supported in the current CC3100/CC3200 devices. A list of supported parameters for sl_SetSockOpt() can be found here:
