几个关于zigbee版本的疑问

我现在用的协议栈版本是ZStack-CC2530-2.3.1-1.4.0，请问这个版本支持以下功能吗？

1.OTA或者OAD是否支持？我的协议栈安装目录document下都没有Z-Stack OTA Upgrade User's Guide.pdf文件。

2.能否同时使用双串口？我把一个串口设置成DMA方式，一个串口ISR模式，不能使用双串口，不知是否是版本问题导致的？
