SmartRF没连接target的时候，显示flash正常，但connected之后，flash为零。后续下载Hex就直接崩溃了。

我们用CC2650芯片做的开发板，电脑操作系统是win7。用其他开发板烧录下载没有问题的。就是新做的开发板有问题。我该如何排查？
