时钟配置如下：
现象：无法输出2.4G时钟，只能输出75.11MHz信号且不是正弦，波形如下。
但是二分频后配置为1.2G时能正常输出，由于示波器探头原因峰峰值不正确，但是提供给ADC后，ADC能够正常使用，因此我保证1.2G时钟没有问题。
不知道为什么CLKin页面为何没有上传成功，重新上传。
