请问为什么用openocd调试TMS570LS1113，会halt超时

  1. TMS570LS1113：
  2. 开发板是官方开发板，型号XL2-TMS57012，自己换了芯片TMS570LS1113
  3. 烧录器CMSIS-DAP，烧录软件openocd-0.10.0
  4. 连接芯片在下面图片
  5. 暂未开发程序
  6. 电脑环境WIN10

用CMSIS-DAP硬件连接开发板的JTAG接口，执行了配置文件命令，能看到ID那些信息，但是进入halt时候就超时了，这是什么问题
