XMODEM是用来传u-boot-spl.bin的，之后需要用YMODEM传u-boot.img。
是不是SPL起来后没有用YMODEM传导致卡住了？还是说你的SPL中的DDR配置不过，所以导致无法正常copy image到DDR上？这还需要具体的根据操作结果来辨别。
